SEZIONE DI GENOVA
(S.Marzani) The idea behind this meeting is to have a two-day focused workshop on all-order methods in QCD and their application to LHC phenomenology. There will be very few talks and plenty of time for discussion and collaborative work. Topics include: a) comparisons between parton showers and analytic resummation b) automated resummation c) colour evolution d) jet substructure e) strong coupling determination with grooming The meeting is co-hosted by the Physics Department, University of Genova, as part of Departments of Excellence program, and by the Genoa Unit of INFN. The meeting will take place in room A603, Dipartimento di Fisica, Via Dodecaneso 33, 16146 Genova.
