LABORATORI NAZIONALI DEL GRAN SASSO
The COSINE-100 experiment searches for dark-matter interactions using an array of scintillating NaI(Tl) crystals that serve as a WIMP-interaction target in the low-background environment of the Yangyang underground laboratory. The main goal is to check the annual modulation signal observed by DAMA/LIBRA in the NaI(Tl) crystal array. The experiment has been running for more than 2 years stably. Several analyses in addition to the annual modulation are actively ongoing.
