(E.Santopinto) This workshop will focus on both recent developments in Nuclear and Hadron Theoretical Physics, and to discuss issues of gender and equal opportunities in the field. In addition to contributions on the recent developments in Nuclear and Hadron Theoretical Physics, Astrophysics and Phenomenology; a panel discussion will be dedicated to research on gender in academia. Our intention is to boost the development and implementation of action plans to support women and other minorities in physics.
