In the leading double logarithmic approximation the decay of a jet in a QCD medium is only slightly different from that of a vacuum decay, due to a small breaking of the color coherence of the jet. This difference can lead, however, to a significant enhancement in the soft spectrum within the jet. (Prof. Alfred H. Mueller)
