The 13th edition of the International School of Science Communication and Journalism in Erice began today, Monday, October 13, 2025. Each year, the school offers 20 scholarships to young science journalists and communicators. The 2025 edition is dedicated to the theme “ORIGINS. How it all began.”
The school, co-organised by the Italian National Institute for Nuclear Physics (INFN), takes place at the Ettore Majorana Centre for Scientific Culture in Erice, Sicily, and is held in collaboration with Nature Italy, the digital magazine from the Nature Portfolio group focused on scientific research in Italy.
The program includes a mix of lectures, debates, and interactive activities, all centred on the theme of each edition and designed to deepen knowledge of science communication and journalism.
